Position Details / Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Project Coordination : Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
- Resource Management :
- Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.
- Adherence to Standards : Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities.
Here’s What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Superintendent with at least 3-7 years of experience managing entire new construction projects from inception to completion. Experience managing projects with an average mechanical contract value of $10M is required. Multi-family experience is preferred.Certification : OSHA 30 certification preferred.Licensing : An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.Knowledge : Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.Skills : Basic computer and writing skills are required.Core Values : Demonstrate and uphold core values including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
