We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty : Family Medicine (FP / FM)

Assignment : ASAP for 3-6 months with option to extend

Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Shifts : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Volume : 15-16 patients per day (30 minute visits)

Certifications : BLS, PALS

License : Any State License, but willing to get OK license within 120 days of start, Active DEA

Credentialing : 4-6 weeks

EHR : RPMS
