Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for in the bidding process. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive estimates that support the successful execution of commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Consult with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Gather and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare and present estimates to stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the bid.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking and adjustments as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimating.
