This role is crucial in helping {EMPLOYER-DESC} maintain compliance with environmental laws and regulations, ensuring sustainable practices, and mitigating environmental impacts related to our operations. You will work with a dynamic team to conduct environmental assessments, develop remediation strategies, and manage projects from conception to completion. Conducting field studies, including collecting soil, water, air, and other environmental samples for analysis. Preparing and reviewing environmental impact reports and conducting compliance audits. Developing and implementing environmental remediation projects. Collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental standards. Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies to mitigate environmental risks. Leading project teams and managing budgets and timelines. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation and industry trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with GIS software and environmental simulation models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations. Ability to work in outdoor and adverse conditions when necessary.
