Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to a team of remote Seasonal Managers
Monitor operational metrics and ensure program compliance and policy execution
Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews with seasonal leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in operations, customer success, or tax services
Strong knowledge of seasonal business operations and workforce planning
Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams
Preferred Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, and professional tax software
