Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing administrative support, and assisting with case management. Daily tasks include document filing, communicating with clients, and scheduling appointments. The Legal Assistant will work closely with attorneys to ensure efficient case workflow and support the legal team in all aspects of litigation and legal processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and fundamental knowledge of Law

Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills

Experience working as a Legal Assistant

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Legal Studies or a related field

Previous experience in a law firm setting is a plus
