Job Title : General Production Worker

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling and processing products on the production line. This role involves managing bags of product ranging from 1-50 lbs. Your tasks include reading ingredients, counting bags on pallets, placing scoops and lids on containers, stacking and sealing products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Read ingredients and count bags on pallets.
• Place scoops in cans, jars, or buckets and secure lids.
• Stack and seal bags or cans of products from production lines.
• Bag products from production lines.
• Dump bags of product into the appropriate equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a food production facility where some areas may have floating food particles. Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Available shifts are 1st Shift (7am - 3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm), and 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.36 - $22.41 / hr.
