Job Summary
As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :
Delivering resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).Providing age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents.Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents.Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes in condition to the charge nurse.Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation.Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria :
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.Minimum age of 16.Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus.Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of starting.Completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits.For applicable states, certification with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet medical qualifications for driving, if applicable.Benefits
