We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant who is bilingual in Korean and English to lead and manage IT operations across various domains. The successful candidate will oversee ERP operations with a primary focus on ERP operations and support key ERP modules including BC, HR, and FI / CO. This role includes oversight of IT operations, robust IT controls with a focus on budget management, cost analysis, and process improvements to drive cost efficiency and consolidation across all American MOBIS corps. The IT Consultant will manage new projects, handle detailed reporting, and operate new IT systems from MCCA - MOBIS Corporate Center America (e.g., HR BI system and websites). A key responsibility will be establishing consolidated IT procurement processes in partnership with Hyundai Autoever America to achieve significant cost savings and equitable cost distribution among branches.

Responsibilities

• ERP Operations : Manage and optimize ERP operations with a primary focus on ensuring the effectiveness of key modules including BC, HR, and FI / CO. Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across these modules.
• Infrastructure Management & IT Control : Supervise and maintain IT infrastructure (network, servers, hardware). Implement robust IT control measures focusing on budget oversight, cost management, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• IT Consolidation & Project Management : Lead IT consolidation efforts across all American MOBIS corps to streamline processes and systems. Drive new project management activities including documentation, reporting, and overall project coordination.
• New IT Systems Operation : Oversee the deployment and ongoing management of new IT systems from MCCA, such as HR BI systems and web platforms.
• Procurement & Cost Saving Initiatives : Develop and implement processes for IT consolidated procurement in collaboration with Hyundai Autoever America. Ensure effective cost division and sharing of IT operating expenses among all branches.
