Position

ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Oversee, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community; manage all phases of operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Lead delinquency and rent collection efforts to optimize the property\'s cash flow and financial position.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management; ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Post all payments and income from applicants, current residents, and non-current residents accurately and timely.

Regular / daily onsite attendance required; screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff using consistent techniques and directives.

Maintain excellent customer service and monitor maintenance service requests and turnaround.

Physical Requirements

Salary Range : $17 per hour to $20 per hour
