Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain efforts with Production and R & D teams.
- Add new Item Masters, update existing data, and maintain accurate information in the item master database.
- Ensure all item data elements are accurately recorded, including part descriptions, supplier information, technical specifications, etc.
- Audit, correct, and implement corrective action as needed for item master database.
- Interface with stakeholders in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Processes, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments as needed.
- Troubleshoot item data issues as needed.
- Follow Corporate Procurement Practices and Procedures when creating, modifying, and maintaining item master data.
- Assist with a wide array of additional functions as necessary within a rapid growth R&D environment.
- Review business aspects of item master change requests and provide appropriate supply chain feedback.
- Help develop processes for data management that leverage Firefly Policies and Best Practices.
Qualifications
Required
