Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Biotech Business Development team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various disciplines
Define and drive revenue generation opportunities to increase market penetration with Biotech accounts
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in business development within the laboratory or biotech market
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships
Ability to recruit, train, and mentor a high-impact business development team
Experience in monitoring and reporting sales performance metrics
