Closing Supervisor

T aco Johns of Rochester, MN is adding to our management team.  Currently looking for evening Closing Supervisor.

Our paydays are every other Friday with direct deposit so no running to the bank to cash your check its right there Friday Morning.

You are a leader and team motivator to keep service flowing and team members working together. You will receive free food during shifts and discounts during non-shift hours. You will be provided with training needed to run a smooth and productive shift. You will be part of a growing store with room for advancement.

A Day in the Life :

As our Closing Supervisor you will assist our management team in day-to-day operations and ensure that everything is running smoothly in every aspect, from food prep to cash-handling. You will be responsible for supervising and leading the team on your shift and assisting them in their tasks as well as your own. Your customer service skills will come in handy as you interact with customers, employees and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Detailed on making orders and running a shift
• A team-player attitude
• The ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
• The ability to motivate, lead, and supervise
