Clinic Coordinator – South Loop
LHH is seeking a dedicated, reliable administrative candidate with experience in healthcare for our client in the South Loop. In this position, you will be responsible for managing clinic schedules, office inventory, and insurance operations.
Hiring method : Contract to Hire
Location : 100% onsite
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM (some slight variance depending on clinic needs)
Responsibilities include,
Managing the primary care clinic schedule, including updating physician schedules
Resolving operational issues, including scheduling maintenance of equipment
Assisting in insurance eligibility and verification of patients
Ordering pharmaceuticals, clinical supplies and office supplies
Ensuring patient satisfaction, responding to complaints or concerns
Other administrative tasks as needed to support ongoing clinic operations
Qualifications include,
2 or more years of experience in an administrative role for a physician office or hospital
Prior experience supporting Clinic Directors, Practice Managers, or other senior-level staff required
Prior experience with EMR, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
