Senior ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer - SPM, ITSM.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in technical planning, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of software applications

Ensure adherence to technical software development processes and industry best practices

Develop applications using ServiceNow, SPM, and ITSM skills while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

5 years of ServiceNow Development experience required

Multiple hands-on SPM implementation experience required (Demand, Strategy & Goal setting, Capacity, Planning, Project)

Experience configuring ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change) and knowledge of Major Incidents

Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
