Marketing Plan Development
Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics, to include all online and offline channels (.com, .net, apps, search, email, direct mail, paid media, cross-channel, bill statement, service centers, events, etc.)
Cross-functional coordination across partner, corporate, divisional, regional and 3rd party service providers / vendors
Marketing budget development and expense management Sales Channel Development
Development and ongoing support of alternate sales channels
Channels include, but not limited to, service centers, Care, in-home tech support, regional promotional events, and mobile applications
Program Analysis
Development and support of all required program and campaign tracking methodologies
Ongoing weekly, monthly and holistic campaign and channel performance and analysis.
