Job description :
We're hiring a hands-on Office Manager to lead daily operations and ensure our growing team stays organized, equipped, and supported. This role is responsible for executing all onboarding and offboarding processes, managing office logistics, and providing administrative and customer service support across the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute onboarding and offboarding for all employees
- Assign, track, and recover IT and office equipment
- Manage facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and office supplies
- Answer phones and provide customer service support
- Support project administration, scheduling, and documentation
- Coordinate company travel, team events, and office meetings
- Handle ordering, shipping, and inventory for office and field needs
- General office duties as assigned
Qualifications :
3+ years of office management or administrative experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable with basic tech setup and equipment trackingExperience in construction, roofing, or field service industries a plusSchedule : Full-time, on-site
Compensation : $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
