MEP - Underground Utility Foreman
Trueline is seeking an MEP - Underground Utility Foreman to join their team in the Sioux Falls area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead crews and oversee critical infrastructure projects in a dynamic, growing industry.
What You'll Do as the Underground Utility Foreman :
- Spearhead crew management to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
- Demonstrate and teach various equipment operation techniques to team members
- Analyze and execute project plans with precision, ensuring accurate installations
- Champion workplace safety by enforcing regulations and best practices
- Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders, including managers, clients, and team members
