Cyber Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Complex Cyber Claim Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage claims including investigation, analysis, and evaluation of coverage liability and damages

Formulate claims and litigation strategies while managing outside counsel and third-party vendors

Analyze claims-related data and communicate trends to senior management and underwriting teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of claims management experience handling primary and excess cyber claims and / or JD with insurance coverage litigation experience

Experience handling first- and third-party cyber claims across various loss scenarios

In-depth knowledge of claims, litigation, arbitration, and trial processes

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills

Analytical thinker with the ability to balance immediate claim issues and broader portfolio impacts
