job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLong Term Care Experience (6 months preferred, 3 months required) Minimum of 30 hours per month One weekend shift per month Delivering age-appropriate care as per individual care plans. Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Documenting interactions and care outcomes related to resident well-being. Ensuring cleanliness and operational upkeep of residents’ living areas. Supporting dining experiences by assisting with meals and encouraging participation in wellness programs. High school diploma or GED preferred (not required). Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or be enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months of starting the position. Compliance with annual competency testing and continuing education requirements (minimum of 12 hours required annually).

Benefits Include :
- Must support multiple locations within 150 miles of permanent address
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- Premium Pay Rates :
- $5 / hour premium on all hours worked
- $1.25 / hour weekend shift differential
- $1.25 / hour evening / night shift differential (6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM)

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as a compassionate caregiver, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. You will work under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN) to address both the physical and psychological needs of the residents. Your responsibilities will include :
