Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist for a high-volume OR suite in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong GYN and robotic surgery experience and provide support in a variety of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities :

Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures, maintaining sterile technique.

Assist surgeons during procedures, including GYN, general, ENT, ophthalmic, plastics, and robotic cases.

Ensure patient safety and support the surgical team throughout procedures.

Accurately document procedures and patient care in Cerner EMR.

Collaborate with OR team members to maintain workflow and efficiency in a 12-room OR suite.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience.

Required certifications : Surg Tech (NBSTA or NCCR) and BLS (AHA).

Strong experience in GYN and robotic surgery required.

Knowledge of OR protocols, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
