Interventional Radiology Locums - Georgia, Light IR Only

Albany-based IR role with light procedural scope, full-week blocks, and fast credentialing.

Highlights

  • Light IR only; no DR reads required
  • 1-3 weeks / month; you choose the blocks

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient setting with support from PAX, lab, emergency, and tech teams
  • Not-for-profit health system with strong community reputation
  • Tech : Meditech, PowerScribe 1, PACS, Vocera

    • Schedule

  • Full-week blocks; 24-hour call during onsite weeks
  • Daily onsite hours : 7a-5p
  • Ongoing need; 300+ days available annually

    • Cases and Procedures

  • CT-guided biopsies, nephrostomy, biliary drainages
  • Ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Diagnostic scope includes GI bleed localization

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
  • Active Georgia license or IMLC eligible
  • BLS, DEA required
