Summary
The Construction Process Manager will lead data-driven process optimization for construction projects. This role is responsible for owning and streamlining construction processes, developing scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for general contractors and materials partners, and interpreting data to drive actionable insights. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver meaningful results that enhance project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and partner performance. The Teammate in this role will also perform data analysis and administrative duties to support the Construction Team and provide comprehensive support services and routine tracking and analysis of all store projects.
