We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Dental Tech Advisor with extensive experience in crown and bridge restorations to join our growing dental laboratory team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for our dentist partners, ensuring the highest standards in case planning, product quality, and customer satisfaction .

This position is ideal for a seasoned dental tech advisor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class support to dentists across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical case planning and consultation for crown and bridge restorations
• Review dental impressions, prescriptions, scans, and photographs for accuracy
• Partner with internal production teams to ensure quality and timeline goals are met
• Conduct thorough inspections for fit, esthetics, and function prior to case delivery
• Serve as the go-to technical point of contact for a dedicated group of dental clients
• Log and evaluate all remakes, adjustments, and repair cases for quality tracking
• Stay current on materials, techniques, and digital workflows in crown and bridge design
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing 5-star support and communication
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to improve case outcomes and satisfaction
