Job Description :

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects in El Paso, TX. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and benefits. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical work with experience installing EMT conduit from 3 / 4" to 1".

Salary : $40-42 / HR

J ob Duties :

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate electrical installations.
• Properly set panels and boxes according to project specifications.
• Install 1" EMT Conduit.
• Pull wire and run / bend RIGID conduit from 3 / 4" to 1" in size.
• Installing and running cables for fire alarm systems.
• Install and set fixtures as part of the electrical system.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including TagOut / LockOut.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Job Requirements :

At least 4 years of commercial electrical experience.

MD Journeyman License preferred, but not required.

Must be able to clear a background check and pass a drug screen.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Ability to properly set panels and boxes.

Proficient in pulling wire and running / bending RIGID / EMT conduit.

Knowledge of safety procedures, including TagOut / LockOut.

Must have your own basic hand tools and PPE.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Authorized to work in the U.S.
