Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Contract-to-Hire

A respected pharmacy operation in Fairfield, Ohio is currently seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians with sterile compounding experience for a 13-week contract-to-hire role . This is a great opportunity for techs looking to grow their careers in a structured, long-term environment.

Assignment Overview :

Type : Temp-to-perm (13 weeks)

Location : On-site Fairfield, OH

Start Date : ASAP

Shifts Available : 12 : 00 PM 8 : 00 PM

2 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM

4 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM

Role Responsibilities :

Assist pharmacists in the preparation of sterile compounds

Measure, mix, and label medications per physician orders

Maintain cleanroom standards and aseptic technique compliance

Accurately document preparation and dosage information

Candidate Profile :

Must hold an active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License

Minimum 1 year of hands-on sterile compounding experience

Familiarity with USP

guidelines is a plus

Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
