Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,992 per week

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Rad Tech - Unit Information : Number of Beds- 2 single plane (GE) and 2 biplane rooms (Philips) Number of Staff- 15 techs currently plus manager and Data / Quality Analyst; nursing support for each room as well. Type of staff : Day Shift- 2 techs per room, 1 nurse per room. Night Shift- 1 tech and 1 RN onsite Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Type of equipment : Single plane = GE; biplane = Philips. Also have one Invasive CT scanner in the department. EMR : Cerner (Radnet) List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Dialysis work (Permcaths, fistula grams), neph tubes, arteriograms / embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases Cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, vertebroplasties Requirements : REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : BLS Must have : Previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) Previous neuro interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) Preferred or nice to have : Vascular OR experience Cath Lab experience VI Registered Best personality Fit : Flexible, great team player Floating Area(s) : VOR Dress Code : Hospital provided Weekends and on call (if any) : Every 7th weekend One night secondary call during the week.
