Position Summary

We’re seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and managing details, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Organize and review medical records and billing
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
  • Maintain accurate, organized case files

Qualifications

  • Required :

    • Prior experience as a personal injury paralegal, legal assistant, or case manager

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Preferred :

    • Paralegal certification OR 4-year degree with high academic achievement

  • Familiarity with personal injury law or prior experience in a personal injury office
