  • Can you flex your schedule, including overtime when needed, to meet deadlines?

What you'll handle

  • Act as the liaison between Argon Industries and business customers—open, proactive communication that builds trust and keeps parts moving.
  • Enter customer orders quickly and accurately into our ERP / company database.
  • Track orders end-to-end and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Maintain manufacturing software and related databases as required.
  • Prioritize competing tasks to meet order deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Relay order changes and key information to the appropriate internal departments without delay.
  • Respond to both phone and email inquiries with urgency and clarity.
  • Complete ad hoc Excel assignments and data projects.
  • Deliver data and sales forecasts to support material requirements and production scheduling.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, and related results.
  • Update and refine Inside Sales Work Instructions to reflect current best practices.

  • Strong sense of urgency, especially when customer timelines and production schedules intersect.
  • Your toolkit

  • ERP expertise (minimum five years of experience).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, and more).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing / fabrication processes and equipment.
