PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in partnership with a Fortune 500 company, is looking to hire Maintenance Mechanics to support our clients peak retail season in Fort Mill & Rock Hill, SC. These fixed contract roles (with potential to be hired on) won’t last long! Apply Today!

Shift : Multiple shifts available with overtime as needed

Fort Mill :

2nd shift working Sun-Wed

3rd shift working Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat

Rock Hill

3rd shift working Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat

Pay Rate : 30 per hour

Duration : Scheduled to last through mid - Dec (with potential to be hired on at end of season)

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs (electrical, mechanical and fabrication)

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical material handling equipment, including transportation conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts

Analyze, troubleshoot and repair emergency mechanical issues on failed material handling systems.

Maintain accurate record keeping such as : work orders, time sheets, and parts request

Your Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years mechanical maintenance experience (conveyor systems highly preferred)

Must have command of basic manual hand / power tools - including drills, grinders, and saws.

Have the ability to weld and utilize a cutting torch.

Previous Forklift or other Powered Industrial Vehicle experience and certification

Pay Details : 30.00 per hour
