We're now hiring skilled, reliable laborers to support our traveling crew. This role involves consistent travel to power plant sites across the US. If you're physically fit, motivated, and ready to build a career that takes you places, this might be the job for you.

As a traveling laborer, you'll assist our welders with high priority shutdown and turnaround projects nationwide. You'll handle tools and materials, install insulation, help prep work areas, and ensure the team can perform efficiently and safely.

Expect physically demanding work in hot, tight, and elevated spaces, climbing scaffolding, moving heavy parts, and working hands on to support the power industry.

This is hard, honest work with real career growth for those who show up, work hard, and support the team.

What we're looking for :

Experience as a general laborer in construction or industrial environments.

Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.

Willing and available to travel consistently across the U.S.

Must be 21+ years old.

Able to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions.

What you'll get :

$19 / hour base pay + $30 / day per diem + $15 / hour travel time pay.

Paid airfare to and from job sites.

Hotel accommodations (shared with one crew member).

Rental car provided (valid driver's license required).
