Senior Trainer - Special Investigations

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer - Special Investigations Claims (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversees and leads virtual training environments, managing student performance and providing coaching

Trains and supports Coordinators in reviewing claims for potential healthcare fraud and abuse

Collaborates with compliance and senior leadership to develop educational programs that meet state mandates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of claim processing experience

Knowledge of Insurance Systems (e.g., HRP, MedCompass, ACAS, ECHS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and QuickBase

Ability to interact with various groups at different levels

Ensures delivery of quality services
