The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms within the Warehouse Hotel.

Essential Job Functions
Change all bed linen in accordance with the hotel’s housekeeping policies and proceduresVacuum carpeting in hotel rooms including underneath furniture, beds, behind chairs, etc.Dust all furniture in hotel rooms including picture frames, lamps, TV’s, etc.Check all drawers and closet areas in hotel rooms for any items left behind and immediately report all missing items in a room to the supervisorThoroughly clean the hotel room bathroom area (wash shower stalls, sinks, floors, toilets, etc.)Ensure hotel rooms are set up per Company Housekeeping standards with the correct number of items arranged in placeClean all newly vacant rooms within 30 minutes of Check-Out, and clean all occupied rooms (stay-over’s) within 15 minutesNotify supervisor of any cribs that are in a room that need to be picked up and storedTake responsibility for pass key and make sure it is turned in dailyImmediately report to supervisor any hotel room discrepancies that are discoveredShut off all lights and TVs when leaving hotel roomsAssist with the cleaning of any public spaces and storage areas as assignedTurn and flip mattresses as directedAll other duties assignedRequirements : Basic Qualifications
18 years of age or olderDependable transportation to and from workLanguage skills : Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communicationAbility to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessaryAvailability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and / or holidays as neededAuthorized to work in the United StatesAt least one year of experience in a housekeeping, laundry or cleaning rolePreferred Qualifications

Physical requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.Lifting requirements : The team member will be required to lift, push, pull, lower and / or move up to 10 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.Noise Level : The noise level in this environment is typically quiet.Work schedule : The work schedule may fluctuate to including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
