• Case Mix : General, Endo, Neuro, Ortho, GI, CV, Ophthalmology, Pain, ENT, Podiatry, OB, GYN, Urology, and Plastics. Approx 14,000 cases per year.
• # of OR's : 11 POS from 7-3 and 5 POS fromOR's total - 2 endo, 1 OB, and 8 OR's)
• Credentialing Time-Frame : 8-12 weeks
• Active MO License
