Position : Content Operations Specialist / Manager, UGC Community
Location : Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
About the role : We are seeking a highly passionate, innovative, and results-driven Content Operations Specialist / Manager. You will be pivotal in establishing our platform's content ecosystem, developing and managing the creator system, and growing core content supply. The role combines content strategy and technology to deliver innovative and trustworthy content products and to enhance community engagement, content quality, and user belonging.
Responsibilities
0-1 Establishment and Refinement of the Community Content Ecosystem : Lead and define core content operation strategies and mechanisms. Develop content categorization, topic setting, recommendation approaches, and community guidelines to maintain a healthy, diverse, and high-quality content environment.
Continuously monitor and analyze community content data to identify trends, user preferences, and hotspots, providing data-driven insights for product optimization and strategy.
Manage community content quality by promoting high-quality content and addressing low-quality or violating content to maintain a positive atmosphere.
0-1 Setup and Refined Management of the Core Creator System : Build and refine the community's core creator (KOC / KOL) system; lead discovery, recruitment, incubation, cultivation, and ongoing operations of high-value creators to boost activity and content output efficiency.
Design and execute creator growth paths and incentive mechanisms (e.g., support programs, exclusive benefits, events) to enhance creators’ sense of belonging and satisfaction.
Engage regularly with creators to understand their needs and pain points, providing solutions and fostering strong relationships.
Rapid Growth of Premium Content Supply and IP Building : Increase high-quality content through community events, engagement, collaborations, and other methods; ensure rapid content cold-start and sustained growth.
Collaborate with marketing / brand teams to build unique community content IPs or branded segments, enhancing the influence of community content.
Explore new content formats and interactive playbooks to ignite user creativity and participation.
Enhancing Community Engagement and Maintaining User Stickiness : Plan and execute online and offline activities, discussions, and challenges to boost activity; collaborate with product teams to optimize features and foster UGC behavior and community relationships.
Collect user feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for optimization based on user needs and pain points.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher. 3+ years of internet content community operations experience, with a proven track record of building and operating a content community or creator system from 0 to 1.
Deep understanding of community ecosystems with unique industry insights and forward-thinking vision.
Exceptional strategic planning abilities and strong project execution skills , capable of independently undertaking and driving complex initiatives.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in both Chinese and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
