Construction Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for a Job Cost Specialist to support the accounting and reporting process for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes related to construction accounting

Provide in-depth analysis of business performance and identify risks and opportunities

Review financial results of contracts to ensure accuracy and resolve issues with business units

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

3+ years of experience in finance preferred

Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Smart View, and Qlikview

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
