Job Description :

The Shipping Planner is responsible for organizing and routing customer orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring timely and compliant shipping. This role supports the customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet performance, safety, and delivery standards.

Pay Range : $19.00- $19.00 per hour

Shift : First Shift Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Order Planning and Routing
  • Customer Support and Communication
  • Logistics Coordination

    • Job Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Prior clerical experience in distribution or transportation
  • Planning and coordination experience
  • Strong computer skills and WMS experience
  • Basic knowledge of distribution and transportation processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, dependable, proactive, and a team player
