Experience : \n\n
- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
\n\n
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.\n\n
Requirements : \n\n
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).\n\n
This role will require floating to multiple units\n\n
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
\n\n
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n\n
12 months between Staff at Program : Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health\n\n
12 months between Per Diem at Program : Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health\n\n

Required Credentials :

RN’s - Pass / Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.\n\n
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.\n\n
Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.\n\n
Special Requests : \n\n
Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it’s weekends only, I can ask.\n\n
They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car.\n\n
Shift & Scheduling : \n\n
Weekend Requirements : Every other\n\n
Holiday requirements : minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame.\n\n
Floating Requirements : Typically PCU, occasionally MedSurg- will take same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1 : 4 or 1 : 5)

8 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
