Dynamics Developer (Part-Time Contract)

Location : Remote (must live within a few hours of Jackson, MS; onsite about once per month)

Type : Contract (W2 only, no third party candidates please)

Hours : 20 to 40 hours per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to provide part-time contract support. This flexible role averages 20-40 hours per month and requires candidates within driving distance of Jackson, MS for occasional onsite work (approximately once per month).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade business applications.
  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom JavaScript, and Power Platform extensions.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot existing applications.
  • Provide end-user support, including training, documentation, and permission management.
  • Support system upgrades, functional analysis, and integration efforts.
  • Create reports and interfaces to support critical applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of recent experience with C#, Azure services, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, model-driven apps).
  • Proven experience mentoring other developers.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics development or similar languages.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and related technologies.
