Key Responsibilities
Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement
Support leadership development programs and facilitate training sessions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or talent management
Proven ability to design and deliver leadership and engagement programs
Experience with instructional design methodologies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
