Sigma Defense is looking for a BMD Tactical Operations expert to join the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team as a BMD Tactical Operations SME . Eligible candidate will have 6 years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training, or operations.

We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations.
• Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive) :

Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
