Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Requirements :

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
