Job Description

We are seeking a semi-skilled mechanic to work on Injection Blow Mold equipment. The role involves troubleshooting automation problems on plastic processing equipment, requiring experience in both automation and electrical aspects. The position emphasizes the importance of documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automation issues on plastic processing equipment.
• Perform electrical tasks such as changing motors, tracing shorts, and checking fuses.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Program and operate PLC systems and robotics.
• Maintain detailed documentation and organized records.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.

Work Environment

The role is based on a manufacturing floor that adheres to cGMP standards. You will work around 40 machines, resulting in a loud environment with constant movement of materials.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe Township, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $66560.00 / yr.

You can enroll in the Plan at the start of the month following three full months from your hire date.

PTO : Based on our fiscal year Oct 1st – Sept 30th

will be frontloaded 160 hours of PTO (Oct 1st).

New employees start earning PTO as of their date of hire but will not be able to use until they have reached their 90 days of employment. PTO pay is calculated on a regular work week basis and shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay. Approved PTO may be taken in eight- hour increments. The first 40 hours of your PTO bank is considered NJ Sick & Safe Leave hours. Unused NJ Sick & Safe Leave hours will be paid out at the end of our fiscal year 9 / 30th if not used.
