Position Summary :

IRG Clients is seeking an experienced Data Management professional to support data cleansing, migration, and modeling efforts as part of the modernization of its legacy case management system to a new cloud-based solution. This role will also contribute to the design and implementation of agency's cloud-based data stack to strengthen data analytics The position reports to the Lead Architect within the Data Management Team (DMT).

Key Responsibilities :

• Support data migration, cleansing, and architecture activities for the new system.
• Identify and manage data-related risks, issues, and gaps.
• Design and document source and target data architectures for applications and analytics platforms.
• Develop ETL architecture, data pipelines, and technical work packages.
• Create and maintain data models, ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and semantic models.
• Improve data quality and master data management processes.
• Define business rules for complex metrics and support analytics model development.
• Plan and implement data catalogues and metadata management within the cloud data stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data.
