Hours : Full Time. Days. Full Benefits. Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Manager of Quality. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in healthcare quality, risk management, regulatory readiness, or compliance.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Quality leads and supervises the Quality Department, overseeing performance and quality improvement initiatives across Aspire Rural Health System, including its hospitals and outpatient clinics. The role supports accreditation and regulatory readiness, infection prevention / control, emergency preparedness, and staff education programs, including employee training and development initiatives. This position conducts the Quality Committee meeting, prepares reports and quality scorecards, participates in clinical outcomes reviews and root cause analyses, and works closely with the Risk Management Department to strengthen patient safety and compliance.

The Manager of Quality plays a vital role in fostering a culture of patient safety, high reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Through effective use of quality data, patient experience surveys (e.g., Press Ganey and HCAHPS), and outcomes measures, the role drives performance excellence and supports Aspire Rural Health System's mission of delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
