Work Environment

The position is office-based, requiring in-office presence five days a week. Work hours are slightly extended from Monday through Thursday with Fridays being a half-day. The office consists of 35 employees and offers flexibility for personal matters such as drop-offs or house issues. Employees enjoy half-day Fridays, team events like golf tournaments, sports games, promotion parties, happy hours, and summer BBQs. The role comes with benefits such as profit sharing, a good 401K match, and seven holidays including Black Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.08 / hr.
