What Youll Do :
Administer medications and limited topical treatments to residents under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director
Provide quality bedside care to residents
Assist residents with daily living activities according to their individual care plans
Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Follow community programs, policies, and core values
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement
What Youll Need :
Iowa Medication Manager Certification, or Iowa Certified Medication Aide, required
1 year of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate for the Medication Manager certification
Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
