What You'll Do
- Lead and co-design improvement projects focused on quality, safety, and efficiency in partnership with key stakeholders, including patients.
- Align project goals with regulatory standards and the organization's Annual Business Plan.
- Provide training and education on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and measure progress toward performance goals.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or equivalent experienceLean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or training (may be completed through TMC Training Commitment Agreement)Minimum 2 years of progressive healthcare experienceStrong understanding of integrative and systems thinkingProven project management, analytical, and facilitation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a healthcare organizationSupervisory experienceProject Management or related professional certification
