PM Baker

Overview The PM Baker plays a vital role in bringing The Buttery’s pastries to life each day.

Starting late (5pm-1am), you’ll prepare, proof, and bake a variety of products with precision and care, ensuring everything meets our high standards of flavor, quality, and consistency.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys the rhythm of early-morning production.
