Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic & Pelvic Health

Location : Williamsburg, VA

Overview

A well-established outpatient clinic with over 21 years of service, is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. The clinic specializes in orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health rehabilitation , with a strong emphasis on manual therapy . This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates , with a supportive environment designed to build clinical confidence and skills.

Open Positions

We are hiring three full-time Physical Therapists to replace current travel coverage :

Compensation & Incentives

$1,250 after 90 days

Benefits Package

2 weeks annually (accrues after 90 days)

6 standard holidays after 90 days

Available after 90 days

Short Term Disability, Vision, Hospitalization, Accident, Cancer, Life (Whole & Term)

Eligible after 1 year

Company-paid, begins after 90 days

$1,200 / year after 1 year (with pre-approval)

Available after 1 year, based on length of service

Schedule & Setting

Mon–Thurs : 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Opening : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Locations include orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health specialties
